This presentation provides a review of the main issues pertaining to the valuation of unlisted companies, namely issues arising from the methodology, the calculation and the negotiation.
These issues may have a significant impact on the definite value eventually chosen for an unlisted company. They encompass a wide range of topics such as:

- How to select an appropriate methodology?
- Is time an important parameter to be included in a financial model?
- How can the terms of a shareholder’s agreement have an influence on the final valuation agreed by both parties for a transaction?
